Amazon.com,
I was so excited to purchase four novels from you on Sunday (four new books for less than $20, including s&h..whoohoo!!). I even found sellers for these books that are merely 2-3 states away!! Oh, how I hoped my books would be here by the end of the week. That only makes sense, right? I mean, that’s plenty of time to only travel a couple hundred miles. Oh, how naieve I was…
But then, Amazon, I saw that the “estimated delivery date” you so kindly and helpfully provided was between February 26 and March 20. Why, praytell, can you not narrow this down? What sense does it make to estimate delivery for a three week span of time? I could literally walk to Maryland and pick my book up in that time.
Thanks for being consise and giving me something to look forward to! (You can understand sarcasm, right?)
