Has anyone tried this app? What are your thoughts?
I, for one, am loving it. It’s a nine week, start-from-nothing training program that trains you to run a 5K, and then bridge to a 10K. It’s, for lack of a better word, awesome. It’s exactly what I needed: a regimented training plan of running and walking intervals. It even has audio cues that tell you to “run”...

I have a strange and overwhelming distrust of soaps that don’t annouce their ability to be “anti-bacterial/anti-microbial”. If it doesn’t say one or both of those phrases, I don’t buy it. Is this crazy?

Our Valentine's Day
Was simple, but it was so very lovely.
He came home from a twelve hour EMS shift at 6:30 am. I woke up long enough to feel him finally fill the space in the bed that was empty for the hours I was sleeping while he was gone. There are times, mainly when I’m lacing up my running shoes and putting on my workout clothes, when I really just want to bitch-slap seventeen-year-old me for EVER thinking “I WAS SOOO FAT” when I weighed all of 105 pounds and my mother routinely bought me clothes in sizes ranging from 0-2. If I only knew how many pounds six years down the road would bring…

When my clothes smell like food. Does anyone else hate this? Mexican restaurants seem to be the biggest culprits.
