Has anyone tried this app? What are your thoughts?
I, for one, am loving it. It’s a nine week, start-from-nothing training program that trains you to run a 5K, and then bridge to a 10K. It’s, for lack of a better word, awesome. It’s exactly what I needed: a regimented training plan of running and walking intervals. It even has audio cues that tell you to “run” or “walk”. It starts out with 60-second running/walking intervals, then week-by-week, graduates to 90-second, 3 minute, 6 minute, 8 minute intervals. The latter weeks are 20, 25, 30, 35 and finally 45 minute runs.
I’ve read awesome things about it. It’s a laid-back, minimal pressure program that requires a minimum of three days a week. I do an extra day each week, repeating one of the week’s workouts. It feels awesome, and I should be a little of three-fourths of the way to running a 5K by the time I go to Pars.
Perhaps a 10K by the end of the summer? Dream big, I guess.

The hunt for a perfect cross-body bag is still in full swing. Problem is, I’ve found The One. It’s a gorgeous Marc by Marc Jacobs…but after shipping I’d be shelling out around $500…but….look at it:

That’s exactly what I’ve been looking for. A little steep, considering this expensive trip I’m taking. So, I dug this up from Aldo’s website…and I have to say, I don’t hate it, and for around $80, it makes it even more desirable…but still, it’s not exactly what I was hoping for:

Again, the only requirement is it can fit my dSLR and other necessities. Therefore, I implore you: which do you like best? Where else could I look?
mar-see-ah:
I don’t really follow the Cult of GaGa.
I concur! I feel like a second-class citizen for not “getting” (or liking) the “genius” that is Lady Gaga.
Things I Google to make myself feel better, but oddly don’t work: “chances of dying in a plane crash” and “safest airlines”

And I can tell you this much for sure:
Yahoo maps < actual maps < Google maps.
Yeah, it’s that bad.
